Lance Bumgarner is the founder of Driven Fitness Training and is most respected as a Personal Trainer. He has been practicing training for some time now and wants to help others reach their goals. He has helped clients/friends gain strength and endurance, reach goals, and improve their overall health. He has implemented nutritional programs that greatly improved the health of the clients. Lance has been successful for years training out of Gold's Gym. His program is very effective, and he continues to be a big part motivating people to reach their goals. He knew he could really make a positive difference in people's lives.
For the past few years, Lance has been improving the lives of many dedicated people. He is selective about the clients he accepts into his training program. He admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination. But Lance has techniques to soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.
Lance holds a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University North Carolina Wilmington.
He is certified by AFAA and has CPR and first aid certifications.
Mike Barnhart is such a huge part of Driven Fitness since day 1. Mike has been taking functional fitness training to a whole new level. His unique energy motivates and keeps getting people results. Mike is the definition of what a trainer should be and truly cares about his client success and result motivating them every step of the way. Mike always looks for new ways to train each of his clients to there maximum limits and has had great success.
He is certified by ISSA and has CPR and first aid certifications.
Mike is studying for a degree in Exercise Science

An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Driven Fitness assessments incorporate many different methods to achieve accurate results.

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.
Nutrition Counseling
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the vitamins and minerals that are required for your optimum health. We will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way.
Ongoing Training and Support
We will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
Fitness assessments/evaluations (body composition and measurements) along with Nutritional Counseling, Online Coaching and a Workout Plan to follow each week will be prescribed for all clients based on his or her needs.

This program is geared toward men and women of all ages at all levels, providing the most effective workout possible. The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches, speed drills, agility drills, quickness drills, plyometrics and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.

Mike Barnhart was just what the Doctor ordered!
Mike has been working with me now for the last six months. I've not needed a Cortisone shot since January and I'm no longer experiencing the debilitating pain that had become a part of my life. In May I vacationed in the Grand Canyons where I was able to enjoy hiking, horseback riding and rafting. I also completed my first 5K run, something I had never even thought about doing before!
